While we reserve the right to, SCPBR does not conduct animal abuse investigations, accept owner-surrender dogs, accept stray or abandoned dogs, or provide training services. We are a foster-based rescue focused on rescuing and rehabilitating, often injured or ill, at-risk Pit Bulls in shelters.
